STEP 1 — FREE INITIAL ASSESSMENT Submit an enquiry. Tell us your age, nationality, visa goal, and timeline. A consultant reviews your situation and responds within one business day with: which visa category is right for you, what the process looks like, and what it will cost. This assessment is free and carries no obligation. STEP 2 — ENGAGEMENT AND DOCUMENT CHECKLIST If you decide to proceed, we issue a formal engagement letter and a personalised document checklist. The checklist is specific to your visa category and your situation — not a generic list. We explain exactly what format each document needs to be in, where to get it, and by when you need it. STEP 3 — DOCUMENT REVIEW You submit your documents to us. We review each one against current consulate or Immigration office requirements and flag any issues before submission. This review catches the errors that lead to rejection — wrong date on the AFP check, bank statement not covering the required period, medical certificate from a non-recognised practitioner. Problems found in our review cost nothing to fix. Problems found at the consulate cost an entire re-application. STEP 4 — SUBMISSION For Australian consulate applications: we prepare the complete application package and guide you through the consulate appointment (or submit via post where permitted). For in-Thailand applications: our Bangkok team attends the Immigration office appointment with you or on your behalf. STEP 5 — ONGOING SUPPORT (ANNUAL EXTENSION CLIENTS) For clients on annual visa types (Non-O-A, Non-B, Non-O marriage), we manage the renewal cycle: we contact you 60 days before expiry with a document checklist, review your documents, and prepare your extension application. 90-day reporting management is also available as an add-on service. WHAT WE DO NOT DO We do not guarantee visa outcomes — no legitimate immigration consultant can. We do not take on matters that need representation before a Thai court or tribunal — those go to counsel qualified in that jurisdiction, and we will tell you plainly and early when yours is one of them rather than take work we are not the right people for. We do not handle applications for countries other than those covered by our six country routes.
